Band Club (Year 3 - Year 5)

About this class

Band Club: a social ensemble class for young musicians runs Wednesdays 3:30–5 pm at Memorial Hall, Hawthorn. Students develop basic skills on guitar, bass, drumkit, keyboard, recorder, and singing while learning to play pop and rock songs as a band. Students perform for family and friends in Terms 2 and 4, building confidence, teamwork, and a love of music. Prior music tuition is required, and all instruments are provided—though children are welcome to bring their own. Afternoon tea is included, making it a fun and social experience.
